The Biltmore came to us with a need to have a new site that would improve the user experience across the site, but especially in the case of selling tickets and lodging and helping visitors find experiences for their visit. Starting with a months-long user testing study of the old site and then taking initial designs from our Art Director, our team divided and conquered this project of 100+ templates that would become thousands of pages. The design focuses on showing timeless elegance in the modern age, utilizing simple accents and beautiful interactive designs to translate the grandeur of the Biltmore mansion today. The project won Best of Website in the Knoxville American Advertising Awards. You can view the live site here.
